2. Services & Lead Artist

All caricature and art services provided through this website are created by our lead artist, Eric Chua. While the creative work is performed by Eric Chua, all commercial transactions, invoicing, and legal liabilities are handled by the legal entity, FW Craft Studio.

3. Revision Policy

We strive for 100% satisfaction. We provide unlimited revisions to the artwork, provided that such requests are reasonable and do not involve a complete change of the original brief (e.g., changing the entire pose or person after the drawing is completed). FW Craft Studio reserves the right to determine what constitutes a “reasonable” revision.

4. Intellectual Property

The caricatures, drawings, logos, and content on this website are the intellectual property of FW Craft Studio and the artist, Eric Chua. You may not reproduce, duplicate, or exploit any portion of the service for commercial purposes without express written permission.

5. Refund Policy

As our products are custom-made artworks, we do not offer refunds once work has commenced. However, our unlimited revision policy ensures that we work with you until the final result is satisfactory.

6. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
